Frequently Asked Questions

What is the house rental procedure? 
Once a house has been selected the following steps apply:

  1. Complete a Rental Application and put down a deposit (part of the security deposit) to reserve the house.

  2. Take and complete a Parental Guarantee.

  3. Return to our office with completed Parental Guarantee and balance due on security deposit.

  4. Lease is signed and finalized.

Do you have any 9 month leases? 

No. All of our leases are 12 month but you do have the option to find a sub-leaser.

 

When can I sign my lease? 

We start signing leases mid-October. If you would like, you may call before October and be placed on a wait list. You will receive a phone call when we start signing leases.

 

If I/we are already renting a house, do we have the option to re-rent? 

Yes. In the middle of September you will receive a letter from us asking if you what to re-rent.

Are utilities included in the rent?

No. Utilities are not included in the rent. It is tenant responsibility for all utilities.

How can I pay my rent? 

Cash, check or money order are acceptable. We do not accept credit or debit cards.

 

Can I pay rent in advance? 

Yes. You can pay rent in advance.

 

Are the washer and dryer coin operated? 

No. All are standard washer and dryers.

 

Who takes care of the grass/snow removal? 

We will mow grass and remove snow and leaves.

Do you have an after hours number for emergencies?

When the office is not open, all calls are forwarded to an owner's cell phone.
